Charlotte Bonsall

Charlotte, affectionately known as Lottie, joined our team in 2017, bringing her background in hospitality to the table. Since then, she's worn many hats, from vet tech to accredited mobility scorer. In 2021, she received recognition from Nottingham University Veterinary Students for her outstanding contribution to student learning. Now, you'll find Lottie in the office as our Assistant Practice Manager, with a strong passion for wellbeing. She's also one of our mental health first aiders and Wellbeing Champions. Outside of work, Lottie indulges her green thumb as a keen gardener and cherishes moments with her family and pets along with being chairperson of a local riding club.
