Rhiannah de Carteret BVSc MRCVS Senior Equine Vet

Rhiannah graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2012, and is originally from Jersey. She started her career on the Lancashire moors treating equine and farm animals before joining the Scarsdale equine team in 2017. She enjoys the diversity of equine practice, but particularly enjoys treating wounds, standing surgery such as castration and enucleation, and has a passion for donkeys (!).  She is a Clinical Training Coach for our Equine Veterinary Nursing students, and is also a treating vet at Chatsworth International horse trials each year.

Outside of work she enjoys hiking in the Peak District and socialising with friends and family.
